Week 1

What’s Working in PR & Marketing in 2024
The BIRDIE team will share an in-depth overview of the current PR and marketing landscape, highlighting effective strategies for participants.
After the session, you’ll fill out a form to outline their challenges, questions, and goals. This step ensures participants’ objectives align with the discussed strategies, preparing for a focused review in the week ahead.
Week 2

PR & Marketing Audit
This week is all about how to conduct your own PR & Marketing audit.
The BIRDIE team will guide participants on a self-guided audit their PR and marketing efforts, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Following the call, participants will receive an audit toolkit to conduct their own audits, applying lessons from the webinar to evaluate their strategies and pinpoint areas for growth.
Week 3

Quick Wins
Week 3 is all about putting your learnings into action — we’ll talk about immediate-impact approaches to PR and marketing and quick wins.
Following this lesson, participants will be given a checklist and homework to implement a ‘quick win’ on their own and are encouraged to share their findings throughout the week on the group Slack channel.
Week 4

What’s Next - Backing into Big Goals
Now it’s time to plan ahead!
Prior to our final session, we’ll get clear on your unique long-term business goals so we can tailor the session to the cohort.
We will show-and-tell growth strategies and show you how to stair-step towards your North Star with a PR and marketing strategy that helps you scale sustainably.

Is this program customized to my business or just general advice?

Both! at the end of the program, each participant will receive an introductory PR & marketing plan customized for them. By keeping the cohorts small, we are able to have personalized discussions each week.

Do I need to pay all at once? This feels like a big investment.

Nope! We totally hear you, and have created the option to pay in four payments. Use the chat feature on our website if you have any trouble!

Who is creating my PR & marketing plan? Is this something you outsource?

Ellie and Nicole will be working directly on a PR & marketing plan for your business that you can start implementing as soon as you finish the program. This is all completely customized for your business and done in-house at BIRDIE.
